Imagine a perfect summer evening. You are on the veranda of a country house, friends gathered at a table for no reason. Warm, free, serene. This feeling is Luigi's Garden, a new project by restaurateur Arkady Novikov and Ekaterina Pugacheva.
From July 7, a seasonal space will open its doors in Trubnikovsky Lane, safely sheltered from any weather. Simplicity, quality, cooking outdoors, the joy of a glass of wine and good cuisine — that's what Luigi's Garden offers its guests. Only the honest taste of natural products and no complicated techniques.
Milan-based Luigi Magny joined Novikov group in June. A graduate of the Italian Michelin-starred restaurants Il Pellicano and Villa Crespi, he managed to work in the best Moscow restaurants: Uilliam's, Pinch, Ugolek and Sempre. For the new pop-up restaurant, the brand chef has developed a menu of the best seasonal farm products and focused on wild fish. Today it's dorado, tomorrow it's sea bass, and the day after tomorrow it's flounder. Every day, the kitchen has the freshest catch that the capital's markets can offer.
Luigi's Garden is a summer space and a new gastronomic ritual of the season: to carelessly gather with those who are dear and experience the taste of simple but impeccable products.
The restaurant will be open until the end of September.
